Collaborating with BCG Digital Ventures and Intermountain Health on Venture Design

In July 2016, I was invited to participate in a “Future of Healthcare” venture architecture workshop hosted by BCG Digital Ventures at their innovation center in Manhattan Beach, California.
Led by Gunnar Trommer, the workshop brought together a highly multidisciplinary cohort spanning BCG Digital Ventures executives, strategic designers, and clinical leadership from Intermountain Health, including CIO Marc Probst and Innovation Director Todd Dunn. Over the course of the sprint, our cross-functional teams were tasked with modeling macroeconomic shifts and designing robust, future-proof clinical business models.
